Kathy has been a teacher in Illinois for the past 20 years. She has taught at Good Shepherd Lutheran in Collinsville, Altamont Lutheran Interparish School in Altamont, and in the Fayette County public school system. In that time, she has taught various subjects in grades K-8th grade. Currently, she teaches 4th grade and serves as technology coordinator at Good Shepherd in Collinsville, Illinois. Kathy is a proud Concordia University alumnus. She attended Concordia-River Forest, Illinois, earning her bachelor’s degree. In 2011, she completed her master’s degree in educational design and technology at Concordia University-Mequon, Wisconsin.
Kathy looks forward to her third year as a TEC21 facilitator, and is passionate about helping “teachers confidently integrate technology into the classroom in practical and meaningful ways.”
