Screencastify lets you record your screen to tell a story.  It works with Chrome!
Educreations is one of the best loved whiteboard apps because it is easy to use and integrate into curriculum.  It is an iPad app to create an Educreation, but it is not necessary to have the app to view the creations.  There is a premium upgrade available if you want to export your videos versus just sharing a link to watch them.
